Do you ship worldwide and how much does the shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide! We offer all customers domestic and international shipping with tracking. We offer free shipping and no VAT - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just as we want it.
How long does it take to ship and process your products?
Shipping and delivery times:
Worldwide: 6-10 Business Days.
Note: Our 6-10 business day shipping is based on the average of our orders. Some of our orders can be quicker and some can be slightly longer, especially if delayed at customs.
Processing times
It may sometimes take 1-3 business days to process orders after ordering before they are shipped. We do not ship or process orders on Sunday's.
How do I track my order?
Once your goods have been shipped, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email with a link to track your order.
If you have not received a message, you do not need to worry. Contact us and we will solve it!

Unexpected delays
In some cases, the delivery may take longer than the standard delivery times specified above. Most of these delays are due to international customs clearance, which we can not control. Contact us if your package takes too long to arrive and we will work with you to solve the problem.
Delivered but Not Received
We are not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the courier to the correct shipping address provided at checkout. If delivered but not received, please contact the local courier to report a lost/stolen package, contact us at support@alexanderlige.com with the courier's verification, and we will have this reimbursed and shipped out.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If a small reshipping fee is required due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout and order shipped out, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. If the customer declines to pay the reshipping fee, we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement, as undelivered packages are typically destroyed by the courier.
Non-Delivery Due to Customer Unavailability
If delivery cannot be completed because the courier is unable to contact the customer or the delivery address is inaccessible, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees if the package needs to be sent again.
