It stoped working
Get me a new watch. 4 emails sent and no response. Customer service is awful.
This is the front of my house. The delivery picture that was provided by the shipping carrier was of a different house, obviously delivered to the wrong address. So far niether Liege nor the shipper has offered to do anything about this, and it looks like I am just out the money. Improvement can be made by getting the merchandise delivered to the correct address, and replacing or refunding for the merchandise that was not received. If there was an option I would give you zero stars.
The clasp does not lock on the red minimalist watch….can’t wear it
Make a different way to close it. It’s open all the time if I bent my wrist.
I'm new to wearing a watch as an accessory. I know that may sound strange but I've only used a fitbit or a basic utility watch before. I'm really enjoying the look and feel of the Monarch and am very happy to have 2 for the price of one. Thank you!
The price seemed to be fair as advertised on Facebook. Now that I have received the watches I had to take a link off the other watch so it would fit on my wrist. It does not come with any extra links and the band is very small. I work in the marine on ships and for the life of me I cannot get the watch to stay on my wrist. It has a super weak latch on the band that is always opening. I almost lost it over the side of the ship today just pulling lines. How can it be a mariner watch if it can’t stand up to the demands of the work? I am pretty dissatisfied of the quality of watches. I have only been able to use the one watch as I said before I had to take a link off one. I did email the company about the small size of the band. But I was told I should buy the required links. I am glad I did not spend any more money on a watch that won’t stop falling off my wrist.
The magnifier lies between the 3 and 4 oclock numbers making this watch as can’t read the date. useless. Sorry I ordered it. Quality control an obvious issue
