Cancellation
As we process orders after the 2-hour purchase window, if you want to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at support@alexanderlige.com and we will handle your cancellation request in time. Any changes to your address or other information can also be edited!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damage and defects must be reported to us within 30 days of your order arriving.
If damaged or defective, we will have a replacement watch issued and shipped immediately after evaluation.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including sale and promotional offers such as Buy One, Get One Free deals.
To ensure you make the right choice, we provide detailed product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website. If you have any questions before purchasing, our customer support team is happy to assist.
For customers within the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period applies, allowing you to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.
Orders Delayed or Stuck in Transit
We do not issue refunds for orders that are still in transit or experiencing delays caused by the courier or customs authorities, as these are outside of our control. Once an order has been dispatched, our ability to intervene in shipping or customs processes is unfortunately limited.
If a shipment shows no movement for an extended period, we may offer a one-time replacement at no additional cost as a gesture of goodwill due to the local courier's delays.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
