Hello. I am having issues with my Mariner Emerald watch on order #126185. The long and short hands of the watch are not lining up correctly with the numbers (Marks) (Photo Attached) and the watch keeps stopping. The pin wont go all the way in to the locked position and the date keeps changing when the small wheel on the right is turned. What can you folks do to repair this watch ?

Own all 4 Belmont watches mainly due to the fact they are automatics. Fit, appearance, quality, style and weight sold me. Are the Windsor models ever coming back, if so I’ll order all 4 in a heartbeat!
Love this watch, I have 42 automatic watches and the Belmont is right up there in quality, design, appearance, fit! Bring back the Windsor, I would purchase in a heart beat!!

I’ve bought both the Mariner Crimson and the Mariner Gold. Since then I’ve also bought the and the Monarch Sapphire and the Monarch Gold. I am really pleased with the quality and how each one looks when worn. Great value.
